At a subcommittee hearing with Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Senator Johnson asked about reports that suggest the health care law will cost far more than estimated.

While Sebelius correctly notes that employers are not permitted to purchase insurance through the exchanges, there is nothing that prevents them from canceling employee coverage. That would leave workers in the position of purchasing subsidized care in the exchanges.
