Sen. Johnson is in Europe this weekend to discuss international security. As chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and the Senate Foreign Relations Committees Subcommittee on Europe and Regional Security Cooperation, the senator will take part in a panel discussion titled Transatlantic (In)Security tomorrow morning. Representatives from France and NATO will also be on the panel.

Today, Sen. Johnson along with Sen. John McCain met with the Marine Security Guard at the U.S. Ambassador's residence in Brussels.

NASA Reauthorization Bill

Sen. Johnson met with Wisconsin native and NASA astronaut Jeff Williams Wednesday to discuss the NASA Reauthorization Bill signed into law by the president this week.

Williams was the Commander of the 48th Expedition to the International Space Station in 2016, and he presented the senator with a photograph of the missions crew. He is originally from Winter, Wisconsin and currently holds the U.S. record for most days spent in space.

Sen. Johnson Support for Judge Neil Gorsuch

The Senate Judicary Committee held four days of hearings in the proceess to confirm Judge Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. Sen. Johnson believes Judge Gorsuch is an outstanding pick and is urging his Senate colleagues to support his confirmation.

And finally, we can't sign off before saying "On Wisconsin!" to the UW Badger men's basketball team. Good luck playing in the Sweet 16 tonight after knocking off top seed Villanova last weekend. Gotta love March Madness!
