Fauci’s Phone
Last week, Senator Rand Paul and I released one of the text chain messages obtained from Dr. Anthony Fauci’s government-issued cellphone. On August 5, I confirmed that the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations had obtained a copy of Dr. Fauci’s phonefrom the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
We downloaded the contents and discovered the phone contains more than 34,000 text messages and 522 voicemails, but suspiciously, only 3 contacts. This makes matching phone numbers to people difficult, but not impossible.
This first piece of information discovered on Fauci’s phone I had to release right away because it impacts public safety and informed consent.
Dr. Fauci was concerned in January 2021 that the second dose of the COVID shot “theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester.” The texts between Anthony Fauci, Rochelle Walensky, and Vivek Murthy are outlined here.
While I’ve been conducting oversight for years, now that we have the documents and Fauci’s government-issued phone, my investigation has only just begun. The phone spans from 2014 to a few days before Fauci left the National Institutes of Health (NIH). We will continue to scour every piece of evidence to deliver the truth to the American people.

More News From Fauci’s Phone
As our investigation continues, we have mounting evidence that, time and time again, those responsible for watching for safety signals for the COVID injection failed to warn the public when they saw them. They let people die and become permanently disabled because they didn’t want to cause “vaccine hesitancy.”
The above email is from Dr. Janet Woodcock from May 2021. Dr. Woodcock emailed Dr. Fauci about personally receiving reports of patients experiencing hard to classify adverse events: “no one takes them seriously, no one knows how to treat them, and there is no effort to study this.”
Oddly, Dr. Anthony Fauci seemed reluctant to respond to her but felt he couldn’t ignore her. Why wasn’t the public alerted of their concerns? Why did they continue to push and mandate the COVID shot? Why weren’t Americans allowed fully informed consent?

Fauci Takes the Fifth
We brought Dr. Anthony Fauci before the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on July 29 because he deceived the American people on the origins of COVID — then he led a miserably failed response to the pandemic. It’s long past time to hold Fauci accountable and have a COVID reckoning so that those freedom-crushing actions are never repeated.
During the 3-hour hearing, Dr. Fauci pleaded the Fifth more than 100 times. I showed him a stack of studies detailing the efficacy of the cheap, generic drug, ivermectin, and asked if he was involved in sabotaging early treatment in order to keep an emergency use authorization.
Dr. Fauci pleaded the Fifth because he CAN’T answer truthfully without further incriminating himself — even though he has a sweeping pardon. There are so many questions he should answer, but won’t. He’s probably not capable of it, but he should be profoundly ashamed.

Immediately following that hearing, I sent a letter to Fauci and other former FDA officials requesting transcribed interviews about their roles in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines.
On August 14, Dr. Fauci’s attorney notified us that Fauci refuses to appear for a private transcribed interview. The American people deserve answers to legitimate questions regarding our miserably failed response to COVID-19. Some of those questions can only be answered by Dr. Fauci.
He arrogantly once stated that he was “very happy to testify before any congressional oversight committee. I have nothing to hide.” Apparently, he has a lot to hide. Since Fauci refuses to talk about his role and decisions related to COVID-19, my Subcommittee will continue to obtain his records and request to speak with key individuals that he worked with. We will explore our legal options before deciding our next steps.
Vote to Hold Fauci in Contempt of Congress
What Dr. Fauci displayed on July 29 when he appeared before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee and took the Fifth 111 times was contempt for Congress, contempt for this committee, and contempt for our investigation.
On August 6, I voted to hold Dr. Fauci in contempt of Congress. Our investigation has only just begun.

Why is the Media Ignoring this Report?
On April 29, I held a hearing and released a report showing that Biden health officials knew that safety signals for COVID-19 injection injuries were being hidden by their VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) analytic algorithm.
Rather than alerting the public, they covered it up. It’s a grotesque abuse of power. People died and were permanently disabled because they were denied fully informed consent on the COVID injections.
Whenever I get the chance, I bring up this report and ask journalists why the biggest government scandal of my lifetime is being ignored by legacy media. Dr. Fauci is not the only one who needs to be held accountable for deceiving the American people throughout the pandemic. In my mind, Dr. Peter Marks’ cover-up of the safety signals for the COVID injection is far more egregious.
